What is Glus deal

I do not understand when glu has all these players who are dedicated to this game and sending in requests for various issues we all seem to agree on, but they simply ignore all of us. This is one of the better baseball games I have played but Glu is holding us back in so many ways. I would love to have complete rosters by getting every single player but it is just not doable. They really just seem to not care what the gamers want. It infuriates me and I can tell it makes plenty of others just as upset. I'm sure a lot of us have sent in messages and emails and getting the "priority status" message back. But it seems not a single gamer is a priority. They simply just do not care what we want.
