Results of Another Drafting Frenzy

WOW I believe the odds of drafting a 5 star player has gotten slimmer after the new updates. I had 273 inactives at a rating of 2 stars and up and then I bought 374 First round picks. Here are the results:
5 star- 4 (I. Desmond, H. Ramirez, J Abreu, A. McCutchen)
4.5 star -21
4 star - 68
3.5 star-99
3 star- 93
2.5 star-46
2.0 star-43
Its worse than the numbers appear through the first half (187) picks
5.0-1 (I. Desmond)
4.5-5
4.0-14
3.5-35
3.0-54
2.5-40
2.0-38

So you are forced to get every 2 star player, then every 2.5 star player and so on. I did not get McCutchen and Abreu until I collected every 3.5 star player and below. Luckily i did this when a player reward was going on and was able to get Goldy and Beltre as well. It seems like playing the tournaments are the best way to get 5 star players

I try not to draft during sales. Just my opinion the odds have never been in my favor. But you getting at least two 5* players. Well done.

yeah, the odds are really terrible.

i honestly don't know how you get 5 star pitchers in this game. it's crazy.

i have a lot of 5 star position players but not one 5 star pitcher.

The odds for starting pitching sure appear ****py, with 26 5-star starting pitchers you would think it would be easier. I liked one guys idea to get all the late rounders thru the draft then go with drafting by position, but there are so many pitchers I think that would be difficult too.
    5-star = 26
    4.5 star = 17
    4-star = 32
    3.5-star = 29
    3-star = 23
    2.5-star = 25
    2-star = 27
    1.5-star = 13
    1-star = 31
and 13 I haven't found yet (not sure if they are in the game).
Has anybody seen any of these guys and if so, got stats?

My strategy is to get every 3.5/3 star player through that 200 gold tournament before drafting.
