Lost everything

I John de Vries was on Region 8 Just spent 1200 crystals to buy the Exotic gun and lost everything when I went back to use it. I was playing on Facebook now I'm back to the beginning. Why? If you can please restore my progress. my Facebook link is: https://www.facebook.com/john.devries.12979
