  25% off Draft picks is basically every weekend.
  
  25% off Upgrades are random from what I can tell. Haven't tracked it and the last one lasted a day which was about a week ago. I hope one comes soon.

  Every 2 weeks. The next fan rewards event is this weekend, starting Friday. Good chance that the draft picks go on sale the next day. Upgrades often go on sale at the same time as draft picks do. However, that didn't happen during the last fan rewards event.
