Getting Lots of Ads and Zero Help

I have made 8 in game purchases since installing the game and I'm still getting ads. Tons of ads. Every time I change a page or close an inning. It has cost me win streaks during events and endless frustration. Yet absolutely no help or acknowledgement from support.

I have sent numerous notes via the in-game help and not even a form-letter response. On Monday I sent in a help ticket from this site and got a form letter response but nothing but crickets since then.

What is with this Glu? Why is this happening? I am supposed to have no ads, that is part of the purchase agreement. And why am I getting no response to any of my requests for help?
