Can't seem to watch many ads anymore

I'm sure many of you practice the same methodical ad watching to stock gold that I do. I'll watch TV and just be amassing gold for an hour sometimes. Problem is about a week ago the commercials are limited to just new ones, and only about 5 or so of them at a time, sometimes per day. I used to be able to watch the same commercial indefinitely (often Game of War) and stockpile gold as long as I wanted. What happened to that? Is this happening to all of you too, or is it just my account?
