best way to updrade pitching

seems i never get a pitcher in the draft what is the best way to get a guy like cueto eTc. Would you use fold in the sp draft picks how often does someone good come about. Look forward to replies thanks

I got Kershaw with a first round pick, not a #1. From my experience its all luck and does get frustrating bc it took me awhile to get Kershaw

I got a few 5* pitchers by playing the $15K 3.5* tourney and trading in the 6 or 7 players for a #1 overall over and over and over and over and over..........lol you get the point.
