can you switch from android to iphone

I have an android now I was wondering if I switch over to an iPhone will I still have my team I've tryed it while being logged into Facebook and my team didn't show up on the iphone. Was wondering if the games come from two differnet app stores maybe that's why it wouldn't work. Anyone have an idea or answers let me know
