Three weeks after the first of many service requests was submitted, I got a response.
The tech asked my OS Version and device model...Information that was in the ticket.
I had my in app purchases refunded from iTunes a couple weeks ago, but held out hope these fools would help reinstate my team, fix my app, whatever. So I could continue playing. But I'm throwing in the towel.
Shame. That was a pretty fun game until it became unplayable. GLU is pretty hilariously bad at support. Just amazingly bad.

The app crashes every time I access "Games" or "Store."
I can play one game at a time in "Vs."/"Competition" mode. But I need to reinstall the app after every game.
GLU sent me a "How happy were you with our service?" survey today.
That was therapeutic.
