"Coke vs. Pepsi" rewards, et.al

I've tried to go through the 80 gold rewards for the various sweepstakes, but have never been able to actually claim anything.

Can someone walk me through the process of how to actually claim these?

Also, I've noticed fewer videos being available for free gold. Why is that?
