Does control mean anything?

  it's important against AIs. you'll usually see more walks against them with a low control pitcher. against human players though, having lower control is actually kind of better since determining ***** and strikes in this games is friggin hard.

  Ok. I wasn't sure if maybe control had an effect on strike placement (inside/outside of the plate). I always get jammed with strikes on the inside of the plate. What's with the *****?
