2nd Official TSB Tournament - Bracket & Results

Thanks to everyone who signed up! Hopefully this goes smoothly. I know some signups were a few weeks ago so hopefully everyone is still active. Do your best to contact your opponent on here if they aren't playing your game.

(I used random.org to put together the order of the teams)

RULES:
Each round is a Best of 3. Home/Away teams do not matter, so either team can send the game challenge. Franchise coins, ice wraps, energy bars are all allowed. Even if there's a blowout, autoplay is discouraged! It takes away from the fun of an interactive tournament. When you begin the first game with your opponent, send them an in-game chat message acknowledging that it's for the TSB tournament.

Please post the results in this thread - including the scores of each game. I will update the bracket as we go.

Round 1 is open until Saturday, August 15th at 8:00pm EST. If everyone finishes sooner, we'll begin Round 2 sooner. Good luck and have fun!

    Sure. As long as the teams involved are cool with that. Sounds good.

    I wouldn't mind a best of 5. The only issue I could see is someone that may have already played and won the first round bellyaching about needing to play another game or two. Other than that that, I think its a good idea.

    Hey guys - totally down for extended series, but I don't think Ice wraps should be allowed - I think we should work our way through our whole rotations. If you receive a challenge, you can't control who pitches...

    I agree with the Ice Wraps. Also I like the 5 game series. How many teams finished the series already? If no one let's try the 5

    I personally don't mind the ice packs, ace wraps, etc. Imo, play as you would any other game. I faced a SR for 3 innings in game 1 but no complaints. Titan2099 is just wasting gold. Oh wait, he came back and won. Guess I'll need to up my game a bit ;)

    Obies is a very tough, skilled, good player. Every game was close.

    I may have caused confusion when I posted that I wouldn't mind it being best of 5 (typo). Best of 7 was the request and I'm all for it. Will work it out with Titans2099.

    Best of 7 was for championship game. I think best of 5 for series games is enough

    The game was 0-0 so no big deal but I'm not sure how a game just disappears.
