Help!! Lost Progress

I have just upgraded from my iPad Air to a new iPad Mini 3. I backed up everything on my iPad Air (and was using Game Centre - you can see my achievements) including all the games and their data, I have spent many hours and good money to get to the last levels on Dino Hunter.

When I set up my iPad Mini 3 i restored it using my iPad Air image, I fully expected that it would restore my progress on Dino Hunter to where I was on my iPad Air. But instead it has reset everything to the beginning and I am being forced to start from the very beginning.

This is grossly unfair and wrong. Can someone help me restore my progress?

    Have you tried submitting a ticket to the staff? They'll be able to restore anything you lost or pretty close to it. When I've has to use them they were very helpful and restored everything for my, even restored my glu coins. They weren't able to restore the bucks or crystals, but I was very satisfied with what they did restore. Hope that helps.
