Good luck getting a response. Not sure why I haven't yet. I messaged redtrunk 5-11 and 5-12 still nothing back. Been stuck in jail for 3 weeks tomorrow. Good luck in messaging customer support as well. You might get a reply once a week that will be side stepped and maybe answer 1/5 questions. Keywords in that last sentence were MIGHT and MAYBE.

You are likely in Glu jail. When in Glu jail it only shows the points you've scored and not your other club members.
