Trasferring a team between devices

I started a team on my iPad. It is doing very well, however I think my iPad is ****. The app force closes very often and is all-in-all slow most of the time. Is there anyway I can put that team on a different device?

If you go to the Settings menu in game, you can log in with an email address. Then, you can go to another device and use that same login information.

The one restriction to this is that you can't play cross-platform (i.e. you couldn't use this account on an Android device).
