How do I block someone or decline a game?

I have some jackass that keeps starting games with me even though I told him to stop. He's several levels below me so it doesn't help me to play him. When I don't open the game, it shows 'final' a few days later and that he won. When I do play him I kick his ***, but I guess he doesn't care? Any ideas would be most welcome! Thanks!

We definitely need an option which can black list these kind of people.

Or the game can find a way to block bots. Sounds like that's what this is.

its not though. I chatted and got a reply. I'm thinking I'll change my username or something and see if that works.
