Would someone be kind enough to explain Accolades

The description in the help section of the game defines the accolades well enough, but what is the criteria for acquiring them? Does your club have to finish 1st in a minor event to get the accolade?

There are separate events during the week that gives different accolades.
First prize gets the best one, 2-3 place gets next best, and 4-10 get the smallest one.

Monday - League Games - Prize is Energy Refresh
Tuesday - Club Spring - Prize is Points Multiplier
Wednesday - Tournament Games - Prize is Winstreak Duration
Thursday - Bonus Games - Price is Winstreak Protection

To further this the accolades will help in upcoming weekend events. Winning a 1.1 point multiplier gets you 110 points for a 100 point game. Energy refresh speeds up new games, amd win protection means at 14 games in a row you lose, you use protection and your next game is still at 14 in a row. If you win a 3x win protection each streak you can faulter 3 times before its real. This last the duration of the event.
