processing free glu coins

When either downloading or whatever is needed to gain the free coins, I follow the directions to the letter, but do not get the promised free glu coins. This needs to be fixed. I have downloaded 5 other games and gained exactly 0 of the 9 per game promised coins.

Will any of the issues of this game be addressed?

Also, the quests repeat themselves and the clothes are way expensive in comparison to the ability to increase funds to purchase them.
