Anyone not getting their subscription gold?

I already submitted a ticket but wanted to ask here if anyone else has this issue?
Last month I bought a $99.99 monthly subscription for 15,600 gold. Yesterday I received the renewal email stating Your subscription from Glu Games Inc. on Google Play has renewed.
Order number: GPA.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
But I still haven't received my gold for this as of June 28th.
How long should the renewal take?
