Help!! Game will not load after switching devices

So I switched from my iphone to my android tablet as I have all my data saved to facebook. However, it will not load. I keep getting the network error. Will that go away on its own and Ill be good to go? I would hate to lose my team as I have worked very hard to get it to where its at
