Wanted to start a service discussion. I work in the casino industry. It is my job to work on net promoter, customer service improvement scores. P. S. Glu, If you need help and understanding your customers expectations and securing future business, my services are available. Anyhow, many people I talk to feel that they are being cheated by the casinos that they visit. And casino does not need to cheat their guest. They do just fine without shady practices. Most casinos have oversight administered by a state governing body. GLU however does not. Having said that, most casinos have ways of getting customers in the door. Not so different from the "special one time offers" or the "great deals" that are available in this game. Now as a customer, I do feel there is some forms of cheating going on. I do know of advertising resets to allow you to watch unlimited gold videos and manipulation of the win streak protection by utilizing two or more clubs. I am sure glu is aware of this. I have spent over $1000 on this game and can no longer justify spending real money. My likeliness to recommend has also deminished significantly. I say this to vent my frustration. I do not cheat and I expect my competitors to be held to the same standard. Collectively, as a group we need to stop spending real money. The only thing that gets the attention of a business is their bottom line. If you agree with me, get on board and show them we are serious. Stop spending real money and you will get a better more fair cost reasonable game. Reply "what about what Bottomb said" on all the forums on this site. Show them that we expect more and that we are serious. Play the game, but stop spending real money. Who's with me!!?

    I like most of it but I guess part of your post says I'll be your snitch for a bit and I've started by saying a few of them now. I may off base but that's part of your post. If that's not the part of what you're saying then I'll be on way.

    I'm in. No more real money so a 5 star player rental doesn't cost $100. I say a rental because they come out with a new game every year!!

    I am all for more fair value for your money when playing this game. That said, I certainly wouldn't be posting information that verifies that you yourself at least have some knowledge and likely used these tactics. And I definitely wouldn't do it on glu forums. But that is just me.

    I can't figure out for the life of me why urked off people get on a GLU FORUM ( run by Glu ) and start spewing at the fingertips about the few things that actually help players get ahead in this game. I mean seriously?

    Lmao ok Katniss Everdeen trying to start a revolution here! You did realize that probably 5% of the people that play the game are on these forums and this will never work.

    To the others that accuse me of using these advantages that I mentioned. I can assure you that I do not. I have simply stated the two that I am aware of. Personally it is not worth the time, for me, to watch ads at four gold a pop. The advantages, cheats in my opinion, that I spoke of in my original post did not detail how to use them; mostly, due to the fact that I do not want any players utilizing these advantages.

    I simply am looking for a more fair game. I believe this game has a lot of potential. I must say I did get a laugh out of the everdeen and Jefferson comments. If anyone does not agree with these thoughts, ask yourself how frustrated you have become with this game.

    This is not a revolution seeking post; but rather, a stated opinion on my own user expectations. I know I am not alone in these thoughts.

    To those that state these are the few advantages to the game where players can get ahead. I do not understand this. I feel you are playing the game to win rather than to be the best.

    The comment about starting this on a glu forum thread. This does not bother me. It is my hopes that someone sees these posts and their customers stated frustrations. Please do something for this game to make it more reasonable to play. I enjoy it very much.

    I realize that not everyone that plays the game will go on forums to seek out information. If you are spending the money however you just might Google anything that will help in technique and strategy.

    Again, just my thoughts on the matter.

    That's all well and good, but our issue is with you posting about those tactics on the internet. It is one thing to know about them, its another to just shout them out to the world. Now all the people who didn't know about them are going to use them and the game will get twice as hard for those of us playing by the rules.

    Sorry I thought that was the definition of winning .... to be the best at something. I forgot the society we live in where everyone is a winner.

    It is a bit confusing when you're asking glu to make things more fair to play, when you know of methods that make it that way, yet you don't use them and don't like that others do. In fact, the more they're discussed the greater the chances that they will no longer be there for any one to use, therefore defeating your whole point by making the game more difficult.

    If you are in search of a FAIR game, get an x-box and play the cpu. As long as you are playing a game on the world wide internet that is a cash based game, things will never be fair. Use any advantage that Glu allows you to use!

    Just my thoughts on the matter!

    And yes, I realize I'm guilty by posting this, but it's not like it would matter if I posted here or not since it would continue to be bumped up.

    Was able to reach out to Apple and they refunded over $1000 back to my bank. So happy with apple's service. They get a 10!!! Glu gets a negative 30. I will always make sure to steer my friends away from glu and their poor business ethics. Jump on board and follow suit my friends.

    I am 100% with you. I've spent about $200 on this game and will never spend another penny on it. The customer service is what absolutely ruined it. Anytime I needed help, I had to go to somebody on this forum and get red drunk to corrects it. Well he did a great job that one time, I was still left with countless other issues nonexistent customer service that box it any criticisms or problems I have. They really Need to get it together because they've lost a lot of oil customers. In five years the company is going to be trashed, long gone, and replaced by a company that actually gives a **** about the customer
