switching devices

If I started game as a local device, how can I switch to a different device without starting from scratch or am I screwed?

    Have you applied a email and password to your account? If not, you can do that in the settings menu. That will allow you to load your team on a different device. However you cannot switch between Android devices and iOS devices.

    email method is better than facebook?

    Either one works fine....Facebook is slightly easier because it can automatically log you in. I totally forgot that was an option. I am social media lacking. I visit facebook like once a week if that so I often forget that's an option.
