Fyber botched my Fan Reward

Anyone know what to do if missing gold from Fyber prevented me from receiving my 4000 gold spend Fan Reward this weekend? Obviously they don't work weekends so I couldn't receive my 4.5 star Brandon Belt.

Let me know if this is more appropriate for Customer Care.

    That happened to me two weeks ago. Customer service won't do anything but send you back to Fyber. Fyber just sends form letters and won't read anything you send them. I even tried the Fyber website, but they ask to confirm your not a robot, but the confirm button doesn't work

    Same issue. Customer service told me to go back to them. God the game can be frustrating... I lost belt because of this,

    You just have to keep sending them emails. They eventually get annoyed I guess and reward you. I've been working on getting about 3700 gold from the last time they did the x2 promo. Just keep at it
