Lost gold during service outage

I see someone posted saying they got there's recovered. I lost 250 yesterday (2 100 gamss and 1 50) froze each time. Who can I talk to about this? Username is same as forum name

well since the admins here wont help with these issues and are directing us to customer service, that would be ur only option. Have fun waiting over a month to hear from anyone. Seriously i put a ticket in 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I dont recommend sending multiple requests, then the only reply ull receive is one saying they are closing the duplicate ticket. Happened to me its total ******** glu ****ing sucks
