I think it's random. I keep playing people that have batters rated in the 40's when I have all 70+

I don't know yesterday I could get matches consistently today it just spins and spins anybody else having this issue?

I'm having issues with really choppy game play. This makes it nearly impossible to time the pitches. It is only on my phone tho as I can play just fine on my tablet. Any suggestions as to how to smooth out the game?
