I contacted customer support thru the game and told me to give them my old account and new account names. I did this last Friday and have not heard a thing since. My old account is brewhagen and the learn to play team is toughstars26302.
There was 1 guy in our club that got his team back a couple days ago, hopefully they're still trying to help everyone else out.
He sent the request the day the servers went down though, so might of been at the top of their list.
Did he have a login? It would be comforting if he didn't cuz I don't think I had one since I tried all possible emails. I think that's why it's taking so long.

Kae is the same guy who helped me get my account back. Best time to e-mail him back is like 11 p.m central time. He usually responds between 11.30 p.m and 1.00 a.m odd hours I know. Like I said it took roughly 14-18 days to finally get it worked out. Some times 3 days went by with no response keep sending him mail daily....
