Best upgrades?

I've noticed that upgrading your pitching can not mean anything so what is the most important upgrade I'm thinking outfield arms and the hitting and infield hands anyone say otherwise?

Pitchers are the hardest to get (good ones, anyway), so I found the pitching upgrades the most valuable. I maxed out pitching and hitting first, then followed up with the rest.

Start at the top and work your way down. Get them all to 10, then to 11... I get better results that way.

I employ getting all categories to level 5 then 75/25 all in on pitching/hitting till they fill up

Well all my pitchers are 4 and a half stars and my pitching is 11 and pitch calling a 10 and hitting 11 and extra bases 10 and power 12 but still something seems to be missing...what's yalls gameplan set to?
