When will signature players be upgraded?

Anybody know when the first "level up" of 1 point will be applied to the players who's teams have now officially made the playoffs?

Redtrunk said it would be after each round. So probably sometime in December, everyone will be upgraded at the same time.

Then they should be upgraded Wednesday because wildcard games are a round in the playoffs.
