SIGNATURE/Legend draft picks

is there any chances that something Is in the works to make these into their own draft pick? The #1 draft pick is a complete throw away for most players in the game. Very rarely has a 5 star player come up for me, let alone anyone in my club.  Only wondering.. gives a little bit more incentive for us to spend and buy gold if the guarantee of getting a top notch player is there
