Fan rewards

My fan rewards are stuck from last weekend and won't let me collect what I haven't already collected. Is there a way to get it unstuck, will this effect this weekends fan reward?

    I have two teams that have been this way since September.

     I've heard of this happening but in each case they were android users so I don't know if it's a platform issue or just coincidence?

    I'm on iPhone, and have this happening to two teams. One was from the Sept. 11 Weekend Event, and the other from the weekend after.

    This is the message I get from one of them. 



    Yet there is no reward to collect. At first I thought it was a glitch on my phone, but now I see others have this problem too.

    My fan rewards are stuck causing the game to run very slow, after each game I get a pop up. It's the notification that fan rewards have ended. Can you help???
