It appears everyone is having issues of one sort or another, not sure why nothing is being addressed. That being said, let's go positive, let me know the best experience (if you ever had) one from customer service in this forum or in the game.
Nothing too out of the ordinary. I've reset derby winnings to prevent people from getting banned when the points were "too high," recovered e-mail-linked accounts where possible, got rid of Fan Rewards pop-ups that kept showing up despite the event being over... I'd like to think those acts were helpful.
