Sluggish swinging

Is anyone else having problems with the timing of the swings on this game? I like this game but every time I push to swing it takes to long and there's no chance of a hit unless you swing just before pitch is thrown. It's getting old and if it doesn't get fixed I hate to do it but I am going to have to delete the game.

I haven't had any issues. Have you reached out to Customer Care at all? Seems like an issue for them. Be sure to include your Device Make and Model and OS version so they can try to reproduce your issues. Also test out a bit, kill all of your other apps and make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi to at least rule out any other interference that may be affecting app performance. If you give them all of that info, you're at least reducing the investigation they have to do and helping them to reproduce any issues. Should result in a better turnaround time.
