1. I'm getting the run around from customer service or just no response at all
2. Gameplay is horrible
3. Game crashes all the time.
4. Club leveling is not working
5. Team seems handicapped when severely outranking teams
6. Haven't seen a fan rewards in weeks
results: GLU will not get another dollar from me unless this gets resolved. getting ready to leave and play a baseball game from a rival company and spend my money there. My club feels the same.

i find fan rewards show up after levelling up so if you haven't levelled up in weeks that may be why? Customer support I really don't think has a clue about the game and may be a generic support for all glu products. Try to message blueleopard if you aren't getting results judging from the forum he may have s better idea what's going on and better access to help. But yes customer support is useless
fyi MLB 9 innings has great gameplay lol.
