Gold Ballpark Bundle - SCAM?

I bought this GOLD Ballpark Bundle and now i feel ripped off.
I understand when I spend gold I will get to level 2, 3, 4, etc but everytime i go into it it says
"Level Up Disabled For Fan Rewards"
So now no matter how much gold I spend I can never get to Level 2 to get more gold daily. I play this game all day long and I have checked the gold ballpark bundle section multiple times per day and it always says level up disabled for fan rewards.. What is the problem here???????

That might be unique to you. I only get that notice when there is a legit fan reward event going on. It's frustrating that you're not allowed to benefit from spending gold during fan rewards, but I get it. That's not one of the money grabs that bugs me.
I would contact Glu through customer care button (settings) if you're seeing that message all the time.
