Recovering Inapp Purchases

I made an inapp purchase and got a new phone so when I reconnected to the game it did not recognize this purchase so I get ads now.  Is there any way the game can re recognize that Ive made a purchase so i dont get ads?

    Did you save your account by connecting it to a social media outlet or email?  If so, contact support and they can probably help you.. Otherwise, I think you might be out of luck.

    Like smc27 said you must have your account backed up, if you already have and are still experiencing the issue, contact Blue via pm or something. I'm sure it can be sorted, oh well I'm sure that any extra add revenue you generated will be greatly appreciated by Glu and passed on back to the Kardash........Customers.
