Derbys - Missing Gold

The most recent example:

Im waiting to connect for 50 gold derby, app needs to reload during 25 second connect period and when app reloads I'm missing 100 gold despite only being in 50 gold derby never mind the fact that I wasn't connected yet to an opponent nor did I initiate app restart.

    it is Glu "policy" not to refund missing gold. don't bother asking.

    I did not ask them for a refund. I did communicate what I experienced with specific details and left out anything that didn't add value to them fixing the issue and definitely had no expectations of a refund.  

    They em gave me 50 gold for me feedback
