Tourney games getting stuck--can't start new one

i just submitted a note to customer care, but wanted to report the bug. My game crashed right at the end of a tournament game. When I restarted, it showed the game in the 9th inning. I re clicked, and it brought up the scoreboard to end the game. I hit OK, then it took me back to the home screen. At the home screen, it still shows the game in the 9th inning. Click again...same thing.

If I go to tourney screen, it shows the game there and it does not show the loss. If I click to join, same thing happens. I cannot start s new tourney.

Tried everything except reinstalling. There needs to be an option to about a tourney if desired. Also, please don't end tourneys if the game crashes at the end of the game. Give them the option to always continue tourney from the tourney screen or end the tourney.
