Customer Service will take a week to respond, only sending a reply that
is often not even on topic... or they will simply say you are a cheater,
and they don't have to tell you why. Reality is you need to go
to ITunes or the Google Play Store and get a refund for any money you
spent. If you didn't spend money... start a new game because there is NO
solution to this problem. CS is just some call center in a foreign
country where they copy/paste crap from the Glu FAQs... or make up
whatever nonsense they can to close your CS Ticket.
