I just saw on Tap Sports Baseball's Twitter feed that Seth Lugo is one of the top 5 pitchers in the game, yet he is only 4 stars. Can someone explain this to me?

When we choose pitchers, do we look at "stuff" instead of star rating?

I'm new to the game so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Yeah man. Stuff rating. Im not sure he is actually a top 5, but definitely a top pitcher until you get to diamond. Just cant level him up to diamond so he would get smoked there. Definitely keep him if you have him until you do get to diamond though.

    Thanks mightymouse! Up until I found this forum, I was just choosing my active players based on star rating and not looking at their individual attributes as much. Changed a lot of my team up now since it seems like "stuff" is most important for pitchers and "hit" is most important for batters.
