Better Starter in the long run?

I've had Kevin Gausman for a long time. Lately he's been giving up a lot of runs. I just picked up Joe Musgrove. Who would be better to keep as my number 5 as I move to Gold tier? Both are 4 star and have similar stats at silver with Musgrove maybe having slightly better stuff but worse arm.

    I've had Gausman I never had Musgrove so don't know his stats, but if it's close I think stuff is most important.

    Musgrove was the last 4 star player I held onto. It was tough when I had to trade him in
