Please help, Can not donate to my club for no reason...what happened?

all I have ever done is play the game and watch videos and complete some offers for gold. I have spent a small amount of money on the game as well. I left my old club because I was the only active one. I join a new club and now I can not donate or go to the club loyalty store. All other aspects of the game work fine. No idea what happend to ban me. All I can see is that when I check my upgrades one of the msays 21/20. No idea how this can happen. I just click upgrade till i cant click anymore. What is going on?
