Lineup Adjustments

can we please get the ability to adjust our lineups pregame?? I would love to shuffle my lineup 1-9 based on the starting pitcher I am facing. 

I would also like to be able to throw in a sub pregame. For example, if I have a right handed batter at 2B and I am facing a RHP then I would like to put in a left handed batter at 2B on my subs list before the game. Somewhat similar to using an ice wrap for a pitcher. 

A really simple addition to this game that should be added
