  Hi Sandberger23, have had similar issues with a different reward. Felt insulted not to be believed. Would be keen to know if anyone actual does fix this for you. Would give the rest of us some hope when it happens to us.  Not counting any chickens though.

  Won't give me win streak during weekend event compete. I've won 15 games in a row and it still telling me only 1 win streak.

  Ive found it takes up to 2 weeks at times ,,,seriously!!

  I️ purchased gold today twice and didn’t get it.  When I contacted customer care they told me it was Apples fault and did nothing.  So do in app purchases at your own risk.
