  I just had a similar issue. Upgraded some players from silver to gold (Pagan and Ziegler). Lost the 200 gold and 20 Evo tokens but neither of them actually upgraded. I can understand a glitch but feeling like it takes way too much effort to earn some little junk (what does this stupid game really do for our lives anyway?) and then don't even get it...
