You were, but spending that kind of money on something virtual and getting nothing for it even if they didn't take your gold you would still get nothing because it is virtual... SMH.....you could've bought the newest xbox... PlayStation...or a lot of beef jerky at least you would have had something to show for your money... don't get it twisted shame on Glu if what you are saying is true but if spend that kind of money on this and that happens to you I feel only so sorry for you

I didn't cheat. I just saved my gold from the beginning and spent it last weekend to get a legend.

If you accure gold from watching videos you will eventually be jailed over it. If you accumulate a bunch of gold and they look into your account and see that you haven’t purchased any they assume you’ve cheated to get it and will jail you. Whether fair or not, that’s what they assume and their is nothing you can do about it.

No people with with iPhones are having issues...if you're jailed you can still play game, improve your team, make purchases, you'll only play other jailed teams and your points don't count towards your club and you can't donate and chat in the club menu... basically your flying solo playing jailed teams

Sounds like your account has been compromised. I had the same issue as well. Need to change password and possibly your identifier. If not you'll always be identified with the cheat/hack

If you're in jail now first you need to figure out how to get out of jail, then to change your password go into settings in the game and however your login either email or Facebook hit the prompt to change password. Follow the instructions. That should be enough....you should not have anymore problems... I don't really think changing your identifier matters as much as changing your password so they don't get back into your account.

This is exactly what hust happened to me. I watch 250 to 500 videos a day and more during dpuble gold and have legitimately built up a 95k+ team without spending any money. Almost 24 hours hours and no response from customer service. I have been with this game since last year and will never touch another game from them again if they don't fix this. I will also contact the company thatbdpes the videos for them to let them know that they are punishing people for watching their videos instead of paying money directly to them. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Exact same response i received. The only thing that i can see that could have remotely lead to my “cheating” is figuring out a way to get as many bonus points as i could during the Home run derby. If they want us to play stupid.... then I’m not interested. This isn’t a casino... if we start winning we shouldn’t be penalized because we’ve increased our performance.

I bought a little gold off the site once, that team got jailed. Now, I watched videos over the holidays for hours and hours. Built another team without cheating, and spent real money this time getting players. Now you jail THIS team? Not really happy here you bastards! The real cheaters sit behind computer screens and say look there, he moved his legend to ACE, lets throw him in jail and deny his club those points. Well F@$# you GLU! I’m currently jailed too. Messaged blue leopard but he hasn’t been online since 11th January. Customer services are fecking useless, just read from a script and take days to reply. I love this game but sick of this shit now. Can flu please get someone who helps legit teams who have never cheated. All 8 do is buy gold or watch video, and you just get shafted

If this is the case, then you should listen to the other 10%. My account was jailed also. I never cheated, I was told my account name "TheCudjo" was cheating. I've never used that name I have no idea where they got that name from. I am taxidriver351 in the game, and always have been. I tried to explain that to customer care. They won't even listen, or give me contact info for some one who will.. If you say you would be happy to help, then why is no one helping me.
I loved this game and would never compromise it.
One more thing, if you say 90% of accounts are burner accounts, and Glu thinks I am ":TheCudjo" Then means my account was compromised from Glu's servers.

I think I am more angry at being accused of cheating by customer service than I am at being jailed.

The only thing I can possibly think of that I've done is that during the walkoff event, sometimes I have purposely lost rounds in order to use the bonus players again and get the club points for them again. Is this "cheating?" If so, it's not indicated whatsoever in the terms as I've read them thoroughly.
