Player lost 66 points on his overall

I had a gold level 202 overall Sean Doolittle. As soon as I won the first platinum tier (Ace) playoff series, I check my roster and Doolittle is now a 140 overall. I'm pretty pissed to say the least. Who can I contact to get this fixed?

    They don’t care.let me know if you get some answers.all I get are run around and excuses.My judge lost 41 points from 205 to 164

    They tried to tell me that my Sean Doolittle was a POTW for Sept, and that's why he dropped so much. He NEVER had September on his icon. I got him from an expensive mystery box and again, he was NOT a player of the week. Funny thing though, my app updated yesterday and what do ya know, Sean Doolittle has September on his icon. I feel like THEY changed him to a POTW. I've had him for months and it never said anything about him being a POTW

    Also, shouldn't he have dropped way sooner if he really was a POTW for Sept? Why the day before thanksgiving? It just seems really fishy to me
