Trouble with Facebook back up log in issues on 2018 TSB

I played the 2017 version on both my iPad and iPhone,but the 2018 version seems to log me off my iPad when I open the appon my phone.i backed up both to my FB account.but the game on my iPad now says it cannot connnect to FB to log me in with the correct credentials.
My FB app works as normal.what gives?
