I wanted to switch my account/team from a Facebook backup to my email. I contacted support and spoke with a Rep Florenze who stated that he/she could do this for me but I would first have to send them a screenshot of an in-game purchase I've made from my Google Transaction history. I sent a screenshot as requested for which I was given a list of instructions to complete the account switch.
Needless to say my team is currently inaccessible and no one has been answering my customer support requests in-game.
Anyone have any suggestions?
