in reward tier 2, what does the gold coin with the E do?

    Its an epic medal, they are used during special events to obtain players. check the help page, tells you about it.

    Once special players are offered in the moments section you can use E (EPIC) coins to buy more picks but they are usually worth much less than the picks you get through the normal moment picks. For example if you get 500 NL tokens from a normal moments pick the epic coin would only give you about 5-25 tokens so it's better to save epic coins and use them only when you are real close to getting the player. I would save about 40-50 of them to use only when I am about 50-100 tokens off.
