"Watch A Video" - Unreliable compared to 2017

Guys this is a real issue when your trying to go on a streak or something. The video works like half the time and compared to 2017 it always worked like 95% of the time. Now it seems like its not working all the time... everyday. I posted about it for Walk off and seems to be an issue across the board. Can you guys look into this because its a real pain when it doesnt work.

    I lost the 6th game in the weekend event about 15 times this weekend due to the videos not working. They really need to fix this issue.

    This is ridiculous people. Please fix the issue with the videos. I keep getting to the final rounds and keep getting booted from the level and have to start over. This is the second week in a row for the walk off.
